This Privacy Policy explains how Orbicol ("we", "us", "the Company") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Work Time mobile application (the "App"). Work Time is a workforce time-and-attendance tool used by employees to record working hours, register at company access points, and communicate with their employer. The App is provided to employees on behalf of the organization ("your Employer") that has licensed it.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We only collect data that is necessary for the App to perform time-tracking and attendance functions for your Employer.

Work Time is used in the context of an employment relationship. Your Employer is the data controller that decides which employees use the App and for what purpose; Orbicol acts as a data processor that operates the App and stores data on the Employer's behalf. Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Employer in managing working time and attendance, and/or the performance of the employment relationship. Questions about how your Employer uses your attendance data should also be directed to your Employer.
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on access-controlled database servers. Each organization's data is logically separated. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active with your Employer and as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. When your Employer removes your account or terminates use of the service, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.

Because your Employer controls your work account, please submit such requests to your Employer, or contact us using the details below and we will assist the controller in responding.
The App is intended for use by employed adults in a workplace setting. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
Location and camera permissions are requested only when needed and can be granted or revoked at
any time in your device's system settings (Settings → Apps → Work Time → Permissions).
Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature (for example, location-verified clock-in or
QR scanning) from working.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
